Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Screen Print Press Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in screen printing operations, with additional skills in mechanical processes, packaging, and warehouse functions. This role requires attention to detail, technical proficiency, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment. The successful applicant will be responsible for operating screen printing presses, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining equipment to support seamless production workflows.
Duties
- Operate and monitor multi-color screen printing presses with precision and consistency
- Set up screens, inks, and registration for print runs according to specifications
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on printing equipment to minimize downtime
- Inspect printed products for quality, color accuracy, and defect detection
- Assist with loading raw materials and unloading finished products
- Support packaging processes to prepare items for shipment or storage
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and quality goals
- Utilize forklift or other warehouse equipment as needed for material handling
Experience
- Proven 1-2 year experience as a Screen Print Press Operator in a manufacturing or production setting
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to printing machinery and general manufacturing equipment
- Familiarity with warehouse operations, including the use of forklifts and packaging tools
- Knowledge of machining processes is a plus for troubleshooting equipment issues
- Previous warehouse experience is desirable for efficient material movement and inventory management
- Ability to operate industrial machinery safely and effectively
- Prior experience in manufacturing environments that require attention to detail and quality control
Pay: $20.00-$26.00 per hour
