1. Knowledge of the Ontario Electrical Safety Code
2. Understanding of the Ontario Occupational Health and Safety Act
3. Valid driver’s licence with clean record
Licensed Applicants - 309A,
Apprentice Applicants - OCOT registered, 2+ years in electrical field (wage
based on % of posted hourly rate)
Experience (All of the items listed below will be considered beneficial but not required)
- The ability to read electrical prints and safely troubleshoot electrical circuits,
- Experience with troubleshooting PLC’s
- Experience with new and retrofit construction projects
- Experience in an industrial / commercial working environments
