This role combines customer service, sales, education, and studio operations. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, highly organized, and enjoys working both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome every client with a friendly, positive attitude.
- Educate clients on tanning, red light therapy, spray tanning, and wellness services.
- Recommend products, memberships, and services based on each client's needs.
- Meet and exceed sales goals through genuine client education and exceptional service.
- Maintain an exceptionally clean and sanitized studio, including tanning equipment, treatment rooms, and common areas.
- Open and close the studio independently when scheduled.
- Process client transactions, bookings, and memberships accurately.
- Complete daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning and operational tasks.

- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Comfortable educating clients and recommending products and memberships.
- Reliable, responsible, and punctual.
- Able to multitask in a busy environment.
- Takes pride in maintaining a spotless studio.
- Previous retail, customer service, or sales experience is an asset but not required—we're happy to train the right person!
Availability Requirements
- Flexible availability is required.
- Applicants must be available to work at least 2 days per week, including a mix of evenings and weekends as needed.
- Additional shifts may be available based on business needs and performance.
