What You’ll Be Doing:
- Engaging homeowners in residential door to door marketing campaigns
- Educating clients on energy efficiency upgrades and attic insulation
- Generating leads and closing sales in assigned territories
- Building strong skills in communication, negotiation, and closing
- Using in-field CRM software to track leads and assessments

Compensation Structure:
- 100% Commission-Based with Bonuses (No Cap on Earnings)
- Per Sale Commission:
- Attic Insulation Jobs: $300 – $500+ per project size
- Mold Remediation Jobs: $100 – $300+ per project (depending on scope and size)
Performance Bonuses:
- Weekly Bonuses: $500 – $800+ for hitting sales targets
- Monthly Bonuses: for top performers
- Sales Trip Bonus: based on activity and performance
Average Earnings:
- Entry-Level: $60,000 – $80,000/year
- Mid-Level: $80,000 – $90,000/year
- Top Performers: $90,000+
