WE ARE HIRING: Facility Construction Supervisor
The Facility Construction Supervisor will oversee and manage the construction of industrial facilities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to safety and quality standards. This role requires proficiency in reading and interpreting EWPs, CWPs, P&IDs, ISO drawings, supervising crews, coordinating resources, and managing project timelines for facility builds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities on construction sites
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and all applicable standards
- Read and interpret EWP’s, CWPS and associated drawings and blueprints to ensure accuracy during construction
- Manage and track project timelines, budgets, and resources
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and engineers to meet project goals
- Provide guidance and direction to construction teams
- Troubleshoot and resolve on-site challenges as they arise
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Facility Construction Supervisor in the Energy or Industrial sector
- Proficient in using Bluebeam Revu program for Project & Quality management
- Strong knowledge of construction practices, standards, safety regulations, and project management
- Ability to read and interpret P&ID’s, ISO drawings and blueprints
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Strong computer skills are an asset (proficient with Bluebeam Revu, SpoolFab drafting program & Microsoft Office (SharePoint, Word, Excel etc.)).
- Minimum Required Safety Tickets: H2S, First Aid, Ground Disturbance 201, WHMIS, CSO & Leadership for Safety Excellence
- Additional Leadership or Supervisory Training is considered an asset
- Preemployment A&D Testing
