Overview
Anderson’s Lodge is seeking motivated individuals for an exciting summer opportunity working outdoors. This full-time seasonal role is designed to support smooth operations at our boat landings and main lodge. You will work a scheduled 44 hours per week, with shifts structured to ensure coverage during peak operational times.
Duties and Responsibilities
Daily tasks may include:
- Preparing boats for fishing trips
- Transporting fishing guides to various boat landings
- Assisting guests at docks and landings
- Maintaining grounds at the lodge and boat landings
- Conducting boat and motor equipment inventory and light maintenance
- Setting up, cleaning, and positioning boats
- Performing dump and town runs
- Vehicle maintenance
- Painting, staining, and light carpentry work
Requirements
- Strong communication skills for daily interaction with guests, staff, guides, and supervisors
- Valid driver’s license
- Dependability, confidence, and a positive attitude
- Ability to adapt to varied tasks and maintain professionalism
Compensation and Benefits
- Housing provided (shared accommodations including full kitchen).
- Access to 16' Lund boat rentals at no charge (fuel additional)
- Competitive pay including:
- 4% holiday pay
- Gratuities (paid in cash each pay period)
- Direct deposit available; payroll issued on the 15th and last day of each month
