We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator/Bookkeeper to join our team. Duties
- Manage daily office operations, including front desk responsibilities and multi-line phone systems
- Handle data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
- Maintain organized filing systems both digitally and physically
- Perform bookkeeping duties such as invoicing, billing, and reconciling accounts
- Provide exceptional customer support and service to clients and visitors
- Assist with appointment scheduling and coordinate calendar activities
- Proofread documents for accuracy and professionalism
- Support administrative tasks such as typing correspondence, maintaining records, and managing office supplies
- Ensure proper phone etiquette and professional communication at all times
- Support medical or dental office functions if applicable, including patient check-in/out and insurance documentation
Skills
- Proficiency with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and data entry software
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently
- Excellent clerical experience with filing, record keeping, and administrative support
- Customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette
- Experience working at the front desk in an office setting or medical/dental practice preferred
- Ability to operate multi-line phone systems effectively
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail for proofreading documents
- Knowledge of bookkeeping principles and practices related to invoicing and financial record management
- Good computer skills with the ability to adapt to various office technologies

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
