Win Smart Inc. is looking for reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Part-Time Cleaners to join our team. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in maintaining clean and safe workplaces, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities
- Perform commercial cleaning in offices, washrooms, warehouses, and common areas
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize assigned areas
- Empty garbage and replace liners
- Restock washroom supplies as required
- Report maintenance or safety concerns to the supervisor
- Use cleaning equipment and products safely
- Follow company safety procedures and cleaning standards
- Complete assigned tasks within scheduled shift times
Qualifications
- Previous cleaning experience is an asset but not required (training will be provided)
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Excellent customer service attitude
- Ability to work independently
Requirements
- Police Background Check
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
- Able to work flexible shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, or holidays as required
Physical Requirements
- Lift up to 30 lbs
- Stand and walk for the duration of the shift
- Bend, stretch, pull, push, carry, and climb stairs as needed
