Location: Saint John, NB (Monday–Thursday Onsite, Saturdays Remote)
Hours: Monday–Thursday 11am–9pm (Atlantic), Friday & Saturday 9am–5pm (Atlantic)
Contract: 12 months
Pay: $24.50/hour

As a Bilingual Collections Agent III with Kelly Services, you'll help customers navigate financial challenges, strengthen their relationship with the bank, and build your own professional journey—all while working in a positive, supportive environment.
What You’ll Do Every Day
- Deliver courteous, solution-focused service by managing inbound/outbound collection calls
- Listen actively to customer needs, provide clear guidance, and resolve issues efficiently
- Identify and refer cross-sell opportunities to internal partners—help customers find the products and support they need
- Collaborate with teammates and promote operational excellence
- Maintain strict adherence to policies, regulations, and the Bank Code of Conduct
What You Bring
- Bilingual in French & English (verbal & written)
- Excellent communication and professional demeanor
- Proficiency in MS Suite & strong attention to detail
- Proven customer service experience; banking background is an asset
- Drive to support others, solve problems, and make a positive impact
