Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Cash/Customer Service Associate to join our retail team. Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist with their inquiries in a professional manner
- Operate POS systems efficiently for cash handling, credit card processing, product returns and product purchases
- Handle customer transactions accurately, including cash, credit, and digital payments
- Maintain knowledge of store products, promotions, and policies to provide informed assistance
- Ensure excellent phone etiquette when addressing customer questions or concerns remotely
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and organizing merchandise
- Support team members with time management tasks to ensure smooth store operations
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills in English
- Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service preferred
- Knowledge of POS systems, basic math skills, and cash handling procedures required
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and upselling techniques
- Ability to work well within a team and independently when needed
