Overview
We are seeking a talented and professional Nail Technician to join our beauty team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for nail care and customer service, with the ability to create a relaxing and enjoyable experience for clients. This role involves providing high-quality nail services, maintaining a clean and sanitized workspace, and engaging with clients to promote retail products and additional services. A strong focus on sanitation, communication skills, and upselling is essential to succeed in this position.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and care
- Maintain strict sanitation standards to ensure client safety and hygiene
- Provide body waxing services as needed to enhance client satisfaction
- Deliver excellent customer service by listening to client needs and offering personalized recommendations
- Upsell retail products and additional services to increase client engagement and satisfaction
- Educate clients on nail care routines and aftercare instructions
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and well-stocked with supplies
- Build lasting relationships with clients through friendly communication and professional service
Experience
- Previous experience as a Nail Technician is preferred but not required; training will be provided for those new to the field
- Knowledge of body waxing techniques is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients
- Experience in retail sales or upselling techniques is advantageous
- Familiarity with sanitation standards and best practices in a salon environment
- Excellent communication skills to engage clients and promote services confidently
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
