We are currently hiring for the following shift types:
- Night Shift: Monday to Friday schedule.
- Weekend Shift: Friday through Sunday, 12-hour shifts (36 hours per week, paid for 40 hours)
- Swing Shift: Rotating schedule consisting of two months on day shifts followed by one month on afternoon shifts (40 hours per week).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Plastic Injection Mold industry
- Proficiency in computer operations is required
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Organizational Skills
- Ability to prioritize operations in a multi-tasking environment
- Compensation will be based on experience
- Assembly and disassembly of injection molds of varying complexity ( knowledge of rotary tools an asset)
- Read and verify all critical information on work order and line ups.
- Mold diagnosis
- Component and press spotting as required
- The knowledge of the use of milling machines, lathes, and surface grinders
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
