Positions: Electrical Journeyperson – Commercial & Multi-Residential
Nanaimo & Central Vancouver Island
We are currently seeking Journeyperson Electricians to join our growing team in Nanaimo and the Central Vancouver Island area. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in commercial, multi-residential construction, including work on apartments, townhomes, and mixed-use residential buildings. They bring strong technical skills, take pride in high-quality workmanship, and are eager to contribute to a variety of projects across the residential and commercial sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform electrical installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting across a variety of projects
- Ensure work meets Osprey’s high standards for safety and quality
- Collaborate with team members and support apprentices in their training and development
- Communicate effectively with Foremen, Project Managers, and clients as required
- Contribute to maintaining a positive and professional jobsite culture
Qualifications:
- Certified Journeyman ticket or Red Seal Electrician certification
- Proven experience in residential, commercial, or multi-residential electrical work
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented
- Must have a drivers license
