Overview
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Delivery Driver to join our team. We offer Brand New Mercedes Benz Sprinter Vans for each driver. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting parts to various locations, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining excellent customer service. This role requires a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and professionalism, with opportunities to operate heavy equipment and vehicles as needed. Candidates with skills in forklift operation, freight handling, will find this position especially rewarding.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver products to customers and job sites.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles, ensuring items are handled with care.
- Verify delivery accuracy and obtain customer signatures and/or pictures of delivered items.
- Assist with receiving, storing, and organizing inventory in the warehouse.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the warehouse and delivery vehicle.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers to resolve issues.
Qualifications
- Valid G driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs.).
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Previous experience in delivery or warehouse operations preferred.
- Forklift certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain).
