Do you enjoy helping people, love sports, and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment? North Shore Sports Swap is looking for a friendly, energetic, and reliable Sales Associate to join our team.
As one of the North Shore’s go-to destinations for new and quality used sporting goods, we pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service and helping people get outside and stay active.
What You’ll Do
● Welcome customers and provide exceptional service.
● Help customers find the right sporting goods and equipment.
● Buy and evaluate quality used sporting goods.
● Process consignment and explain our program.
● Restock merchandise and create attractive product displays.
● Operate the point-of-sale system and process transactions.
● Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and well-stocked.
● Work as part of a team to create a fun and positive shopping experience.
What We’re Looking For
● A positive, outgoing personality with great communication skills.
● Passion for sports, fitness, or the outdoors.
● Retail or customer service experience is an asset but not required.
● Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
● Reliable, motivated, and eager to learn.
● Comfortable lifting and moving sporting goods as needed.
