Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable, honest, and self-motivated General Labourer to support maintenance and service activities for tower cranes. The ideal candidate is eager to learn and committed to maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Assist with tower crane maintenance and service activities.
* Perform general support tasks, including sanding, painting, and other related duties.
* Participate in lifting and rigging operations.
* Work at heights while following established safety procedures and regulations.
* Maintain a clean and organized work area.
* Adhere to company policies and safety standards.
* Perform any other support duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Requirements
* Must reside in Vancouver Lower Mainland, BC.
* A valid Canadian work permit or permanent residency/citizenship is required.
* Reliable, honest, and self-motivated.
* Eager to learn and develop professionally.
* Comfortable working at heights.
* Basic knowledge of:
* Painting.
* Tool handling.
* General maintenance and mechanical skills.
* Rigging and lifting operations.
* Previous experience in construction or heavy equipment is considered an asset.
