We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our reputable, busy, and well-established dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages while maintaining high standards of clinical excellence, patient comfort, and safety.

The Associate Dentist will be responsible for diagnosing dental conditions, developing treatment plans, and delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient examinations, including oral assessments and medical history reviews
- Diagnose dental conditions and develop individualized treatment plans
- Perform general dentistry procedures, including restorations, crowns, bridges, and prosthodontics
- Carry out advanced procedures such as endodontic treatment, extractions, and minor oral surgery
- Use dental imaging to support accurate diagnosis and treatment planning
- Follow strict infection control and sterilization protocols
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions
- Collaborate closely with dentists, hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure smooth patient flow in a busy office setting
- Stay up to date with advancements in dentistry through continuing education
Experience & Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a dental clinic or dental office is required
- Familiarity with dental practice management software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix is preferred
- Experience in pediatric dentistry, endodontics, prosthodontics, and oral surgery is considered an asset
- Strong understanding of dental anatomy, terminology, and infection control standards
- Experience with dental imaging systems and restorative procedures is advantageous
- Comfortable treating pediatric patients and managing diverse case types
- Ability to work efficiently using four-handed dentistry techniques
- Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach
