Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate casual Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in helping patients recover from injuries, surgeries, or illnesses by developing personalized treatment plans. Duties
- Assess patient conditions through detailed evaluations and medical history reviews
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to patient needs
- Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other modalities to facilitate recovery
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, rehabilitation techniques, and health maintenance
- Document patient interactions accurately in medical records
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain a clean and safe treatment environment adhering to healthcare standards and protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution
- Valid licensure or certification as required by local regulatory bodies
- Experience working in hospital settings preferred, especially in acute care or pediatrics
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and rehabilitation techniques
- Excellent patient care skills with compassionate communication abilities
