We’re looking for a Sales & Events Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment and is excited to play a key role in bringing memorable dining experiences and events to life.
About the Role
This position is a dynamic blend of sales, event coordination, and client experience.
You will be responsible for driving food & beverage revenue through group dining bookings, while also supporting weddings, conferences, and small meetings—from initial inquiry through to execution and follow-up.
You’ll work closely with multiple departments across the Lodge to ensure each event is seamless, well-executed, and exceeds guest expectations.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Generate and coordinate restaurant group bookings, maximizing revenue through strategic upselling
- Plan and execute small meetings and events, including catering and logistics
- Build strong client relationships and support site tours and guest experiences
- Prepare detailed event documentation including Banquet Event Orders and group resumes
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure flawless execution across departments
- Manage billing, deposits, and final invoicing
- Maintain accurate event records and support overall sales operations
- Step in to resolve guest or client concerns with professionalism and urgency
What You Bring
- Experience in hospitality, events, or food & beverage (preferred)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities
- High attention to detail and confidence working independently
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (experience with InDesign or Maestro is an asset)
- A polished, professional presence aligned with a luxury guest experience

Additional Details
- Compensation: In addition to the base salary, this position is eligible for additional compensation through a commission program for qualifying self-generated group and event bookings, in accordance with the Company's Sales & Events Commission Plan.
- This role requires flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends, based on business needs
- Physical duties may include light lifting, extended standing, and general event support
