Responsibilities:
- Assist senior stylists with various hair services such as cutting, coloring, and styling
- Shampoo and condition clients' hair
- Maintain a clean and organized salon environment
- Greet and check-in clients at the front desk
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and concerns
- Upsell salon products and services to clients
- Sanitize salon tools and equipment regularly
Qualifications:
- Previous experience or education in hair styling is preferred
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of retail sales techniques for upselling salon products
- Attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Friendly and professional demeanor to provide excellent customer service
