THE OPPORTUNITY
We're growing! New-Line is currently looking for a full-time OEM Customer Service Specialist to join our Inside Sales team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong customer relationships, managing multiple priorities, and working collaboratively across departments to deliver exceptional service. You'll become a trusted partner for our OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) customers by ensuring their orders are processed accurately, inventory levels are monitored, and their business needs are met every step of the way.
Working closely with our Senior Product Specialists and OEM Specialists, you'll play a key role in supporting strategic customer accounts and contributing to the continued growth of our OEM business.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
In this role, you'll help keep our customers moving by:
- Providing exceptional customer service to OEM customers through phone and email interactions
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships that encourage repeat business and long-term partnerships
- Handling incoming OEM customer inquiries and identifying opportunities to add value through upselling and proactive support
- Processing OEM customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Managing maintenance-based orders and ensuring customer satisfaction upon delivery
- Monitoring inventory levels and processing inventory alerts when required
- Researching product availability and expediting customer orders when necessary
- Working closely with Senior Product Specialists and OEM Specialists to support customer needs and strategic initiatives
- Referring technical inquiries to the appropriate Account Manager or Technical Sales representative with accurate and detailed information
- Maintaining accurate customer files and documentation
- Collaborating with Purchasing, Warehouse, Sales, and other departments to ensure customers receive industry-leading service
- Supporting Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) programs and participating in sales-related projects as required
- Identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiencies and enhance the customer experience
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
We're looking for someone who:
- Is personable, professional, and genuinely enjoys helping customers
- Has excellent verbal and written communication skills, including professional phone and email etiquette
- Is highly organized and possesses exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively manage multiple priorities
- Has strong problem-solving skills and enjoys finding creative solutions
- Is mathematically inclined and comfortable working with pricing, discounts, taxes, and quotations
- Has experience using Microsoft Office applications and can quickly learn new software systems (experience with Sage 300 is considered an asset)
- Demonstrates strong time management skills and takes pride in delivering accurate work
- Is committed to continuous learning and professional development
- Works collaboratively and is always willing to support teammates and other departments when needed
- Is customer-focused and committed to providing an exceptional customer experience every day
Experience in industrial distribution, OEM customer support, inventory management, or inside sales is considered an asset. Industry knowledge of industrial products, hose and fittings, and competitive products is also an asset—but we are happy to train motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow with us.
