Premium Pool and Spa in Kamloops is looking for an experienced full time Manager to join our team. They must speak near perfect English and must be willing to work Saturday and Sunday as required. This location is open 7 days a week and requires team growth
This position will primarily focus on growth in all aspects of the business from marketing to team development The successful candidate will be a highly effective salesperson and be responsible for building a team of highly capable staff around them.
The compensation will be based on the responsibilities of the candidate, have a commission based on sales , and have a bonus based on store/team profit

Key Accountabilities:
-Consult with customers to help them find the best Hot Tub for their needs
-Assist customers with in-store purchases
-Assist customers with water testing
-Follow in-store opening and closing procedures
-Scheduling and Staff Management
