Cafesti Coffee, Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Barista Associate to join our growing café team. In this role, you will prepare premium coffee beverages, deliver exceptional customer service, and help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming café environment. Responsibilities
- Prepare coffee, espresso, tea, and specialty beverages to company standards.
- Welcome customers, take orders, and provide friendly service.
- Operate the POS system and process cash and card transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness of the café, equipment, and workstations.
- Restock ingredients, pastries, cups, and other supplies.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient daily operations.
Qualifications
- Previous barista, café, or retail customer service experience is an asset but not required.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and strong teamwork skills.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
