You will be challenged and pushed, supported and loved, applauded and trained, coached, and given the tools to rise to the highest level in our industry and beyond it. Your compensation will be based on your experience, whether you've been an apprentice for a few years or even if you're newly licensed. What's stated in this job ad for salary is a starting point, we expect you to make more money especially after getting all our training!
You’ll be working alongside Rayon, our licensed technician who continues to hone his craft, and he’s been in your shoes: going through the interviews, hired as an apprentice, coming onboard our team, learning our process, and completing training… he's a lifelong learner, getting into EVs and hybrids as our shop grows! Hong is our licensed technician with many years of experience in the trade. His diagnostic skills and breadth of expertise is amazing, he knows the tips and tricks to make your work efficient. Up front, we have Daniel, our service advisor superstar, who takes excellent care of our clients. Your Employee Wellness Advocate is Coulson, our 3-year-old pup, who is always there with a smile when things get a bit too hectic and you need a breather.
