- Morning prep shift with ala carte lunch service
- Knife work and sauce making
Cook Qualifications/Skills:
- Experience is required
- Intermediate knife skills a must
- Line service capable
- Strong cooking techniques and ingredient knowledge
- Strong communication skills and positive, professional attitude
