Temporary Shipper/Receiver
Position Type: Temporary Full-Time
We are currently seeking a reliable and organized Temporary Shipper/Receiver to support our Parts Department during a busy period. This role is critical to ensuring the efficient flow of parts and materials in and out of the dealership while maintaining accurate inventory records.
Responsibilities:
● Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments.
● Unload and stock parts and inventory in designated locations.
● Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing shipments.
● Maintain accurate receiving and shipping documentation.
● Assist with inventory control and cycle counts.
● Keep warehouse and receiving areas clean, organized, and safe.
● Coordinate with parts staff, vendors, and freight carriers.
● Assist with general warehouse and parts department duties as required.
Qualifications:
● Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
● Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
● Basic computer skills.
● Forklift experience is considered an asset.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
