Overview
We are seeking dedicated and skilled Traffic Control Persons to work with our paving crew. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient movement of vehicles and pedestrians around construction sites.
Duties
- Direct traffic flow around construction zones to ensure safety for workers and the public.
- Set up and maintain traffic control devices, including cones, signs, and barriers.
Requirements
- Proven experience in traffic control.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations pertaining to roadwork and construction sites.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions for extended periods.
- A valid driver's license is required; additional certifications in traffic management are a plus.
- A valid TCP certificate
