Covered Travel (Anywhere across Canada to the North and return for every rotation)
Wage Range 45-50 based on experience/skills
This role involves service work, having, repairing, and maintaining refrigeration, air conditioning, and HVAC systems experience across residential, commercial and institutional settings. Experience with Building Automation and Control Systems (BACS) would be considered an asset.
- Troubleshoot, and repair refrigeration units, air conditioning systems, and HVAC equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance to ensure systems operate efficiently and reliably.
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals to accurately diagnose issues and execute repairs.
- Maintain detailed records of service activities, parts used, and system conditions for future reference.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and building codes. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret schematics and technical diagrams.
- Ability to troubleshoot effectively under pressure and develop efficient repair solutions.
