Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Technician to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting production processes, operating various tools and equipment, and ensuring quality standards are met. Morning shift 7:00AM to 3:00PM. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop technical skills within a dynamic manufacturing environment, contributing to the efficient assembly and production of high-quality products.
Duties
- Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and other mechanical devices to support production tasks
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment to minimize downtime
- Use forklift and warehouse experience to move materials and finished products within the facility
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Conduct quality checks throughout the production process to ensure product standards are upheld
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
Experience
- Prior experience in manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse environments is preferred
- Mechanical knowledge or background in using hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment is advantageous
- Experience operating forklifts or similar material handling equipment is a plus
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and safety procedures is beneficial
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently or as part of a team are essential for success in this role
