We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Pizza Cook to join our vibrant restaurant team. Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and customer specifications
- Handle food preparation tasks including slicing, topping, and assembling ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area in compliance with food safety standards
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently during meal preparation
- Serve customers promptly and courteously at the counter or through take-out orders
- Assist in food handling, storage, and inventory management to ensure freshness and safety
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to uphold restaurant standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy hours
Qualifications
- Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments preferred but not required
- Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety protocols
- Strong understanding of food handling practices within the food industry
- Excellent serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic meal preparation skills and familiarity with kitchen equipment are advantageous
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts including weekends and evenings as needed
