Job Summary:
The Team Lead - Food Service is responsible for overseeing a team of servers to ensure exceptional guest experiences. This role involves guiding staff during shifts, ensuring smooth service operations, and maintaining high standards of customer service. The Team Lead will assist with training, resolve guest concerns, and manage the flow of service to ensure efficiency and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the serving team during shifts.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any guest issues.
- Assist in training new servers and offering ongoing support.
- Ensure dining areas are clean, organized, and well-prepared.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely food delivery.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in food service, with leadership experience preferred.
- Strong communication and team management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
