SJA Promo is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Embroidery Operator to join our production team in a full-time role, 40hrs per week.
Monday- Friday 8:00-5:00

This role is responsible for operating commercial embroidery machines, ensuring high-quality finished products, and helping keep production running efficiently.

Responsibilities
- Operate commercial embroidery machines to produce branded apparel and promotional products
- Thread needles, load designs, hoop garments, and prepare jobs for production
- Monitor machine performance and quality throughout production runs
- Trim threads and inspect finished products for accuracy and quality
- Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting
- Work through minor mechanical issues and assist with simple machine repairs when needed
- Maintain a clean and organized production area
- Work closely with other embroidery team members to meet production deadlines
- Follow production schedules and quality control procedures
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to think independently
- Willingness to learn machine operation and troubleshooting techniques
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and production procedures
- Previous embroidery, sewing, manufacturing, or production experience is considered an asset but is not required
Working Conditions
- Standing and walking for the majority of the workday (anti-fatigue matting is provided)
- Repetitive hand movements and fine-detail work
- Working around commercial embroidery machines and production equipment
- Moderate machine noise throughout the production area
- Ability to lift and move boxes and apparel as required
