Birreria Volo (612 College St.) is hiring experienced bartenders.
Starting wage: $17.20 per hour + pooled tips (averaging an additional $15–$25 per hour). Full-time or part-time position available. We’re looking for skilled individuals to join our team, the ideal candidate has:
- A solid knowledge and passion for beer, wine, and cocktails.
- Valid Smart Serve certification.
- At least two years of bartending experience.
- Evening and weekend availability.

In a former alleyway next to the historic Royal Cinema, Birreria Volo began as a mecca for farmhouse and wild ales, featuring several imported breweries on tap in Canada for the first time. Now in its 10th year, Birreria Volo remains a rustic and cozy gem of Little Italy, still devoted to featuring rare imported beers, alongside house-imported natural wines, Italian inspired cocktails, and unpretentious Southern Italian and Spanish bites.
