3K Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Administrator to support the closeout and administrative coordination of telecommunications infrastructure projects.
This position is ideal for someone with previous TELUS experience, specifically within MxU and/or NGM projects, who understands telecommunications project workflows, documentation requirements, and contractor coordination.
This is a hybrid work-from-home position with occasional site visits required to support field teams, better understand project workflows, and assist with coordination activities when necessary.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring projects are properly documented, finalized, organized, and submitted to clients accurately and on time.
Responsibilities:
Project Closeout & Documentation
- Upload and organize project completion documentation within internal and client systems
- Review, verify, and submit project testing and quality assurance documentation
- Ensure all required project files, photos, and supporting documents are complete and properly organized
- Maintain accurate digital records and client folders for completed projects
- Upload project photos and completion packages to client portals
- Track project deficiencies, outstanding items, and closeout requirements
Coordination & Scheduling
- Coordinate remediation and deficiency-related scheduling with subcontractors and field teams
- Follow up with internal teams and contractors to ensure outstanding items are completed in a timely manner
- Assist with coordinating project completion timelines and closeout deliverables
- Support communication between office staff, field teams, subcontractors, and clients
Administrative Support
- Assist with purchase order requests and project-related administrative tasks
- Update internal tracking systems and spreadsheets with project status information
- Ensure project data remains accurate, organized, and up to date
- Support management with reporting, documentation tracking, and administrative coordination
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of TELUS experience within MxU and/or NGM projects
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Excellent communication and follow-up abilities
- Comfortable working independently in a hybrid/work-from-home environment
- Proficiency with Google Workspace applications (Google Sheets, Docs, Gmail, Drive, Calendar, etc.)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Outlook
- Experience handling project documentation, uploads, and administrative coordination
Preferred Qualifications
- Telecommunications or construction administration experience
- Experience working with subcontractors, project closeouts, or client deliverables
- Familiarity with project tracking systems and document management processes

Pay: $43,680.00-$52,000.00 per year
