We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Manager to support daily business operations and assist with client communications. This role is ideal for candidates who are organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a multilingual environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist management with daily administrative and operational tasks
- Coordinate communications with clients and business partners
- Support scheduling, document preparation, and record management
- Assist with project coordination and workflow management
- Provide general support to management as required
Qualifications
- Fluent in English, French, and Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Previous administrative, customer service, or management support experience is an asset
Pay: From $36,000.00 per year
