Contractor Sales Desk Associate

Responsibilities
- Assist contractors and professional customers with product selection, pricing and orders
- Prepare quotes and follow up with customers
- Process special orders and coordinate deliveries
- Build strong, long-term relationships with contractors and customers
- Work with other departments to ensure orders are accurate and completed on time
- Maintain organized customer files, quotes and order information
- Provide knowledgeable, professional and friendly service
Qualifications
- Experience in construction, contracting, building materials or sales is an asset
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Positive, professional and customer-oriented attitude
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Able to manage multiple quotes, orders and customer requests
- Willingness to learn and develop product knowledge
- Basic computer and administrative skills

Pay: $40,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
