This is a critical and pivotal role in our development as a company, one that requires operational knowledge, experience, commitment to our purpose, and loyalty, amongst other attributes. Your primary responsibility will be to fully support the smooth operations associated with the site(s) that you are assigned.
What you will do
- Fully support the District Manager (DM) in operational functions of various sites.
- Knowledge of company/ client policies to deliver superior quality of operational services and to ensure the well-being of guards.
- Ensure site staff is fully trained, well-dressed, and possess the necessary knowledge to comprehend and follow their duties and responsibilities.
- Oversee daily site operations, patrols, and spot-check premises.
- Ensure guards are following post-orders and adhering to company and client policies.
- Delivery of resources to site as and when required and mentor guards to ensure high quality services are being provided.
- Cover floor time as required.
- Support DM with on-site issues, interruptions and complaints in the assigned site.
- Assist DM to ensure all staff site reports are completed accurately and professionally.
- Assume leadership and maintain positive working relationships with site guards, ensuring that guards are following post orders, uniform and PPE standards at all times.
- Provide excellent customer service to our clients, customers and patrons.
- Perform safety and security duties with the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
- Complete incident reports and all required documentation for security purposes.
- Identify security violations/ threats, diffuse volatile situations and intervene accordingly, adhering to company policies.
- Proactively identifying, escalating, and efficiently resolving any safety, conduct, or security issues that contravene client expectations, site policies, or acceptable security best practices. This includes taking immediate corrective action, notifying the appropriate stakeholders without delay, documenting all incidents and follow-up actions, and ensuring preventative measures are implemented to reduce the likelihood of recurrence.
- Respond to emergencies and escalate to law enforcement agencies as required.
The Ideal Candidate
- A Valid Security License is required
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken are required
- Supervisory experience is highly preferred
- Ability to work without close supervision
- Passionate about training and mentoring security officers

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
