Join Armo Tool as an Automation Project Manager, providing direction, coordination, implementation, and completion of turnkey automation solutions while ensuring projects are completed according to budgets and timelines.
What You’ll Do
- Support the planning and execution of automation projects from initiation through completion
- Act as a primary point of contact for project communication
- Refine and manage project scope, deliverables, and timelines
- Coordinate project delivery plans to ensure milestones, deadlines, and project objectives are achieved
- Identify resource requirements and support effective project scheduling and allocation
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, external vendors, and project stakeholders
- Communicate project schedules, progress updates, risks, issues, and changes internally and externally
- Facilitate meetings to support collaboration, problem-solving, and status reporting
- Track project deliverables, documentation, and progress using internal ERP and project management systems
- Support project teams by assisting with day-to-day coordination and administrative activities
- Identify project risks and support development of mitigation strategies
- Escalate critical issues or concerns to leadership when necessary
- Implement and manage project changes to support successful project outcomes
- Maintain accurate project documentation, records, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle
- Complete project evaluations, document lessons learned, and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide support to other project managers and team members as required
