We're recruiting for an experienced Director, Facilities & Maintenance to lead maintenance operations for a growing warehousing and distribution organization. Reporting to the Vice President, you'll oversee facility operations, preventative maintenance, capital projects, regulatory compliance, and the development of a high-performing maintenance team.
Key Responsibilities

Lead all facilities and maintenance operations across multiple sites.
- Manage preventative maintenance programs, capital projects, and asset reliability.
- Oversee maintenance budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with OHSA, TSSA, CFIA, environmental, and safety regulations.
- Lead emergency response planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage contractors, vendors, and maintenance service providers.
- Coach, mentor, and develop the maintenance team.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Qualifications

Post-secondary education in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 5+ years of facilities or maintenance management experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, industrial, or distribution environment.
- Experience managing preventative maintenance programs, facility assets, and maintenance budgets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Experience with CMMS, PLCs, or industrial refrigeration is an asset.
- PMP certification is considered an asset.
- Willingness to travel as required.
