Mechanical Simulation & Product Development Engineer to help build in-house simulation and digital twin capabilities while supporting new product development.

Develop and apply mechanical simulation models to evaluate stress, strain, motion, and product performance.
- Support the development and validation of digital twin and simulation capabilities for complex cable systems used in demanding motion applications.
- Create and modify 3D models using SolidWorks and integrate designs into advanced simulation environments.
- Compare simulation results with physical testing and manufacturing outcomes, refining models as required.
- Support cable design, product development, materials selection, and manufacturing considerations.
- Collaborate with R&D, testing, manufacturing, materials, and customer engineering teams.
- Provide technical support throughout the product development and introduction process.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electromechanical, or related Engineering discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
- Strong mechanical simulation experience with practical, hands-on engineering exposure.
- Strong SolidWorks experience.
- Experience with simulation tools such as COMSOL, IPS Cable Simulation, XFLEX, or similar.
- Understanding of simulation-to-reality validation, physical testing, and product development.
- Experience working with manufacturing or physical products; purely academic simulation experience will not be sufficient.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
