Responsinbilities
- Organize and facilitate ERP project planning workshops with key stakeholders
- Develop the project charter including initial timelines, scope, task list with RACI, risk assessment, and project governance documents
- Lead all phases of the ERP implementation lifecycle from Initiation to Deployment
- Define and monitor ERP project scope, schedule, and budget by understanding the client’s critical success factors (CSFs)
- Develop and manage the ERP project plan including project dependencies, timing, resources, and critical path
- Manage the project RAID log on an accurate and timely basis throughout the project escalating when required
- Coordinate and schedule cross-functional teams
- Provide the client’s leadership team with recommendations on project direction, priorities, resource allocation, key decisions, and scheduling
- Manage all aspects of project budgets, forecasts, and change requests
- Work in a multi-client environment managing complex projects simultaneously
- Act as the liaison between the client’s core ERP team and vendors
- Deliver Project Status Reports and Presentations to various employee levels
- Assist clients in change management understanding the client’s as-is and to-be business processes
Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience executing ERP implementations or large-scale technology projects
- Knowledge of ERP systems
- 2+ years experience as a project manager or project coordinator in a technology environment
- Bachelor’s in Business, Information Systems, engineering or equivalent experience
- Excellent cross-functional interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
- Critical thinking, problem solving, and analytical skills
- Proficient with MS Office Suite including PowerPoint and Visio
- Proficient with Project Management tools such as MS Project
- Graduate degree in Business Administration (MBA) is an asset
- CPA is an asset
- Business Analyst experience would be an asset
