- Assist with social media content creation and scheduling
- Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities
- Help update website content and marketing materials
- Conduct basic market research and competitor reviews
- Assist with event planning and coordination as needed
- Perform general administrative tasks related to marketing projects
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Some post-secondary education, preferably in the area of Marketing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Package (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Experience with Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Prioritize workload according to ever changing deadlines
- Proficiency in Hebrew and/or Russian will be considered an asset
- Maintain confidentiality regarding all sensitive, confidential and proprietary information
- Comfortable working in-office where health and safety measures have been put in place
