ABOUT THE ROLE
We need a working foreman. Someone who leads their crew and gets their hands dirty alongside them. You will keep production on track, manage your team day to day, and make sure the work gets done right.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Read blueprints and perform field layouts
- Frame with wood and metal studs
- Install drywall
- Oversee and direct on-site crew production
- Assign daily work to your team
- Communicate progress and field issues to project management
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of experience in framing and drywall
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Experience leading a crew in a foreman or lead role
- Must be hands-on, you work with your tools
- Self-managed and dependable
