About us
Children's Wellness Centre provides applied behaviour analysis (ABA) services in the Kingston area to children, youth and caregivers. Our Clinical Directors are Registered Behaviour Analysts (R.B.A. (Ont.) with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario and Board Certified Behaviour Analysts (BCBA). Together they have supported caregivers and children with building essential life skills in the home, clinic, school and community for over 20 years. They are dedicated to improving the overall wellness and quality of life of as many children & youth as possible. They are registered with the Ontario Autism Program (OAP) provider list and have extensive experience working with autistic individuals and individuals with comorbid diagnosis.
Children’s Wellness Centre is currently seeking Behaviour Therapists (Supervised) to join our team on a full-time and fixed contract basis to provide one to one and/or group services. These services will be delivered in schools, family homes, in the community and/or in our clinic located at 4 Cataraqui Street, Kingston, ON.
Caseload Area
Areas served include: Kingston and surrounding area from Brockville to Trenton.

Key Responsibilities Include
· Providing direct applied behaviour analysis services to children and caregivers
· Implement services as designed by R.B.A. (Ont.)/BCBA
· Organizing and maintaining client files and documents (e.g., graphs, session notes, consents etc.)
· Providing services in homes, schools, community settings and clinics
· Collaborate with leadership and CWC’s team to build and grow effective services
· Maintain professional and collaborative communication with CWC's team, providing regular updates on client progress and overall effectiveness of services
· Complete all work tasks within allotted hours per client on a weekly basis
· Maintain confidentiality in relation to all clients and services provided
· Follow all Children’s Wellness Centre’s policies and procedures
Education, Experience & Certification
· College diploma or university degree in child development, special education, applied behaviour analysis, psychology or equivalent (required)
· Minimum 1 year of experience working with children in a professional setting (required)
· CPR trained (required)
· Minimum 1 year of experience working with children who are neurodivergent (preferred)
· Drivers license – Full Class G (required)
· Access to a vehicle with commercial/business auto insurance (required)
· Certification as a Registered Behaviour Technician (considered an asset)
· Experience delivering Early Start Denver Model (ESDM), Project ImPACT, Skill-based Training (SBT) or Balance (considered an asset)
Schedule
· Monday to Friday shifts available

· $26 - $32 per hour
