Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Lube Technician to join our automotive service team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive maintenance, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to perform routine vehicle lubrication and basic repairs efficiently. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where mechanical knowledge and hands-on skills are highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Perform oil changes, fluid top-offs, and filter replacements on a variety of vehicle makes and models
- Conduct routine maintenance inspections and identify potential issues before they become major repairs
- Use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment safely and effectively
- Assist with basic automotive repairs as needed, including tire rotations and brake inspections
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and ensure all tools and equipment are properly stored after use
- Promote additional services or products to customers when appropriate, supporting sales goals
Requirements

- Strong mechanical knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance procedures
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and automotive repair equipment
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely (up to 50 pounds) as part of daily tasks
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude
- Knowledge of automotive repair standards and safety protocols
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required
