Your job will be entirely at our headquarters in Salmon Arm, BC. We start you at $22.00 per hour on a full-time basis.
You get two weeks of vacation each year and can be taken on an earned basis. Any vacation requests must first be approved by your supervisor.
If you do successfully complete the 90-day probation period, we welcome you to participate in the Extended Health Benefit Plan. This plan is 100% funded by Dinoflex so there is no cost to you.
You are entitled to five paid sick days per calendar year as per provincial regulations.
Your mission is to fulfill Production Orders with a strong focus on quality. This requires accurately following the directions from your supervisor, operating equipment, and being willing to learn new tasks. Above all, you must do this with a Safety Above All attitude and approach.
You will be assessed on these objectives:
· Completing daily production orders with minimal supervision.
· Safely operating PLC and manually controlled machinery.
· Accurately tracking and counting inventory on Production Orders.
· Maintaining a clean and organized production facility.
· Cross-training with other Production Workers as assigned by Production Supervisor.
· Assisting your Production Supervisor with various tasks as assigned.
