We are seeking a Registered Psychotherapist or Social Worker to provide clinical services to our wide client base, in a private practice setting.

Being located in close proximity to Canadian Forces Base Trenton, the practice receives many referrals from both active military and veterans, as well as its rapidly growing civilian population.
Dependent upon your specific qualifications and area of expertise, you will be able to demonstrate your experience in utilizing a range of assessment measures and procedures, and in providing high level therapeutic input. You should, as a minimum, have a proven track record of successfully providing psychotherapy to a wide range of individuals across the age range and clinical presentations.

In addition, the practitioner will comply with all applicable Provincial and Federal laws as well as the professional standards and regulatory requirements of their regulatory College.
Qualifications:
Registered in good standing, with one of the Colleges in Ontario who regulate the controlled act of Psychotherapy.
Post qualification experience is an asset in working in a community setting across the age span and with diverse clinical presentations.
Knowledge and experience of working in a range of treatment modalities.
A proven ability to provide culturally sensitive services to clients of all ages, backgrounds and identities.
Be able to work responsibly and independently in a fast-paced, growing practice.
Additional to holding a Master’s or Ph.D., ideally have post qualification experience, training or certification in a recognized and empirically validated treatment modality.
Excellent organizational, interpersonal and oral/written communication skills are essential, as is a previous track record and ongoing motivation for engaging in continuing professional development.
