THE ROLE:
Our client is seeking an experienced Investor Relations Specialist for a part‑time, remote contract to support capital strategy and investor communications. This role will focus on enhancing the organization’s ability to raise and structure capital while ensuring financial models and investment materials align with business objectives. You will be responsible for developing pro‑formas, supporting forecasting across business lines, and preparing clear, compelling materials for investors, including retail and institutional stakeholders. This is a highly autonomous role suited for someone who can quickly assess needs, deliver solutions, and add immediate value.

You are a self‑directed, results‑oriented professional with strong experience in investor relations and capital raising. You are comfortable working independently, bring forward solutions rather than problems, and are confident developing sophisticated financial models that support investment decisions. You communicate clearly and effectively, tailoring messaging for a variety of investor audiences.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Proven experience in investor relations and capital raising
Strong background in building pro‑formas and financial models
Advanced Excel skills (financial modeling, scenario analysis)
Experience preparing investment decks and investor materials
Ability to forecast and support business‑line financial planning
Comfortable working autonomously in a fast‑paced, evolving environment
CFA or CPA designation is a definite asset
Exposure to mortgage, lending, or structured finance environments is exceptionally beneficial
