HVAC Service & Installation Technician
We are seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC Service & Installation Technician to join our growing team. This position is ideal for an experienced professional who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship, exceptional customer service, and reliable HVAC solutions.
The successful candidate will possess a valid Gas Technician 2 (G2) license and a 313D Residential Air Conditioning Systems Mechanic license. You will be responsible for independently performing residential HVAC installations, diagnosing and troubleshooting system issues, and providing customers with recommendations for repairs, replacements, and system upgrades that best meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, service, and maintain residential HVAC equipment, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions efficiently and accurately.
- Perform installations independently while ensuring compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and company standards.
- Communicate professionally with customers regarding system performance, repair options, and upgrade opportunities.
- Prepare accurate service documentation and maintain detailed job records.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and represent the company in a professional manner at all times.
Qualifications:
- Valid Gas Technician 2 (G2) license.
- Valid 313D Residential Air Conditioning Systems Mechanic license.
- Proven experience with residential HVAC installations and service work.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
