Assembler – Full-Time (Afternoon Shift)
Phil Mauer & Associates | Eden, ON (10 minutes south of Tillsonburg)
Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM
Pay: Starting at $21.20/hour
- Increase + benefits after 3 months
- Full rate: $22.80/hour (includes shift premium)

What You’ll Do
- Assemble products using hand and air tools (wrenches, drills, paint guns, grinders, etc.)
- Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met
- Set up your workspace for efficiency and safety
- Follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Maintain a strong focus on safe work practices
What We’re Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely
- Positive attitude and respectful team mindset
- Comfortable with physical, hands-on work
Skills & Requirements:
- Ability to read a tape measure accurately
- Ability to inspect your own work for quality
- Ability to use a computer
Physical Requirements
- Lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, twisting, and reaching
- This is a physically demanding role
